Salary: £26,000 + £6,000 OTE

Travel Required: Occasional travel to St Ives, Cambs

We're seeking a Sales Support Executive to support our Sales and Account Management teams, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate reporting, and exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity to build experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process sales and purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency
Support procurement with order creation and supplier coordination
Prepare customer quotations and internal pricing documents
Maintain client data and communications in the CRM system
Assist Account Managers with forecasting, planning, and customer insights
Research new business opportunities and assist with outreach
Keep up to date with products, services, and market trends

What You’ll Bring:

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Previous experience in sales support, admin, or customer service
Strong communication and organisation skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
A positive, team-focused attitude
