Seymour John are exclusive recruitment partners of CEL Group who are on the hunt for a Sales Support Executive to join their high-energy team and be a key player in their journey to revolutionise subcontract manufacturing in the UK.

This is not your average desk job. You’ll be in the engine room of the sales operation — helping bring in new leads, managing customer relationships, and keeping everything running smoothly from the first contact to final delivery. You'll work closely with the Business Development Director, the sales and marketing team, and the engineering and operations units.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identifying and developing new leads with a creative and proactive approach
• Coordinating quotes and processing orders with precision
• Being the friendly voice (and email!) that customers love to hear from
• Keeping the CRM and ERP systems slick and up to date
• Supporting sales campaigns, reporting, and everything in between

You Might Be:

• A recent graduate with a tech-savvy, hands-on mindset
• Someone with a bit of sales or customer service experience under your belt
• A "fixer" — the kind of person who sees a challenge and gets it sorted
• Interested in how things are made and how they get to market
• Super organised and admin-smart
• Entrepreneurial — you think like a leader, not just an employee
• Eager to learn, hungry to grow, and ready to shine
