Due to an exciting expansion launching a new Product/Service in July, a leading Insurance Company is now looking to recruit a new member their Customer Support team. The company has doubled in size over the past few years and can offer fantastic career progression for the right individual. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive work environment this is a great opportunity to be part of a growing company as they go into there next period of growth.

Location - Altrincham - Parking Onsite
Start date - ASAP
Hours - Monday - Friday - 9am- 5pm - No weekends
Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 DOE with 6 month Bonus

Job Purpose

You would provide direct assistance and support to the Sales team. This will include processing applications, dealing with customer enquiries over the telephone, analysing risks, setting up files, instructing Surveyors, identifying opportunities and building client relationships, Outbound calling chasing for documentation, Chasing up payments.

The candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

- An insurance background/experience or other transferable skills is preferable but not essential.
- Customer Service/Sales Support experience
- An ability to work to deadlines and to support other members of their team to achieve common goals
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Computer literate, ideally with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to produce accurate work under pressure.
- You will have an interest in business administration and have an aptitude for numbers. This is an ideal opportunity for a confident, personable and hard working individual to work as part of a great team whilst gaining valuable experience to progress throughout our organisation.
