Job Description - Sales Support Executive

Are you a dynamic sales support professional with a passion for customer engagement and business growth? We are seeking a Sales Support Executive to join our client's team and drive sales support across a portfolio of small but strategically important accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively generate, qualify, and convert sales leads into opportunities.
Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotations and revised quotes in line with company processes.
Follow up on all assigned quotations to drive conversion into orders.
Proactively manage the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring timely resolution of administrative, commercial, and logistical queries.
Support smooth order processing by ensuring account setup is completed prior to order receipt.
Build strong customer relationships and regularly follow up to identify repeat business opportunities.
Provide customer contract management support, including regular internal review meetings and corrective action tracking for any loss-making accounts.
Conduct detailed analysis and reporting of customer forecasts, purchasing behaviors, and product life cycles, reporting insights to the Business Development Manager and Operations Director.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in sales support and/or account management.
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer relationships while ensuring high attention to detail.
A proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement and sales growth.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools is advantageous.
