A young, growing and well-established finance company is expanding it's close-knit team of five. With a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service, our client plays a key role in helping entrepreneurs and SMEs access the funding they need to succeed.

Due to their steady growth, the company is seeking a Broker / Sales Support Executive to join them on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing business processes from proposal through to payout
• Responding to broker queries via email and phone
• Supporting Broker Development Managers and Sales teams to progress deals
• Assisting in structuring complex deals
• Conducting KYC checks on customers
• Meeting funding requirements and running quotes for brokers
• Preparing necessary documentation in line with credit conditions
• Collaborating with underwriting, governance, payouts, and finance departments to progress deals
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and internal teams

• Strong multitasking skills focused on customer needs
• Collaborative team player attitude
• Problem-solving mindset to find solutions for brokers and customers
• Adaptability to evolving processes and willingness to assist other teams when needed
