This Internal Sales position is focused on driving business growth by supporting the external sales team. You'll play a key role in identifying, researching, and generating new leads, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively call and email potential clients, uncover new opportunities, and raise awareness of SGS solutions.
Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to help shape our strategy.
Customer Support: Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, Teams, and chatbot.
Sales Support: Create quotes and proposals, progress leads, and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
CRM Management: Maintain and update client records, monitor contract performance, and report on activity using Salesforce.
Client Development: Re-engage lapsed clients and explore opportunities within existing accounts.
Administrative Duties: Assist with onboarding, document management, and invoice/payment queries.
