Support key customer accounts with quotations, product information, stock availability and order queries Provide day-to-day administrative and commercial support to a field-based manager, including diary management and inbox coordination Manage inbound and outbound customer communications to maintain strong client relationships Liaise with UK and overseas suppliers to obtain pricing and product information Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer order issues efficiently Analyse spreadsheets and customer data to identify spending patterns and product trends What we’re looking for in a Sales Support Executive
Previous experience within sales support, sales administration, account management, internal sales or a similar B2B customer-focused role Experience working alongside a field-based consultant or manager would be advantageous Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook Experience preparing quotations, managing customer enquiries and coordinating orders Ability to analyse data and work confidently with spreadsheets and reporting information If this Sales Support Executive opportunity sounds like the next step in your career, send your CV today.
