We're looking for a dependable and organised Sales Support Executive to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, has a good eye for detail, and likes working in a structured environment where every day is a little different. Whether you're returning to work after some time away, or simply wanting a stable position with a friendly team, this could be a great fit.
You'll provide valuable administrative support to our Sales Team, helping to keep customer information up to date, preparing sales documents, carrying out research and coordinating day-to-day activities.
In this role, you’ll help keep the Sales Team organised and running smoothly. Day to day, this could include formatting and editing sales documents and presentations, keeping customer records up to date in the CRM system, preparing company profiles and sales information, and carrying out research into prospective companies and market opportunities. You’ll also support sales activity, lead generation and marketing communications, as well as helping to coordinate diaries, appointments and general office administration. From time to time, you may also support ad-hoc projects, and full training will be provided on the Logisnext Sales Process.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable working with detail. You’ll have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Teams, and be able to communicate clearly with colleagues. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as experience, so this could suit someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in helping an office run well.
Desirable
It would be helpful if you’ve used a CRM system such as SuperOffice before, or if you have previous experience in administration, sales support or another office-based role. An understanding of a business-to-business environment would also be useful, but don’t worry if you don’t have all of this — the right attitude and approach are what matter most.
· 25 days holiday, rising to 30 after 5 full years’ service, plus Bank Holidays.
· Option to buy up to 5 extra holiday days each year.
· Pension, private health scheme, income protection and life cover.
· Subsidised gym membership and cycle to work scheme.
· Monday to Friday hours, with no weekend work.
· A friendly, supportive team and full training on our systems.
· A steady, varied role where you can build useful administration and business support skills.
Who would suit this role?
This role would suit someone looking for a steady, long-term office-based position within a friendly and supportive team. It could be a great fit if you’re returning to work after a career break or time spent raising a family, or if you simply enjoy being organised, reliable and conscientious in a role where your support helps the office run smoothly.
If you enjoy being organised, take pride in accuracy, and are looking for a stable role with a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
