Sales Support Executive

We are recruiting of Internal Sales Support professional to join a respected, sustainable brand in the Construction sector. The position offers an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing business.

Working closely with the external sales team, technical department and customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, processing enquiries, coordinating sales activities and supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the sales function.

This role would suit a motivated, organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. We are particularly interested in candidates who are looking to develop their career within a growing business and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide day-to-day sales and administrative support to the external sales team.

* Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.

* Prepare quotations and assist with order processing and customer follow-up activities.

* Maintain accurate customer and sales information within company systems.

* Coordinate effectively with colleagues across sales, technical and logistics functions.

* Support the management of customer accounts and help identify opportunities for business growth.

* Assist with reporting, data management and general sales administration

* Deliver a high standard of customer service and contribute to continuous business improvement.

Salary details

* Basic salary upto £35k per annum
