Job Description - Sales Support Specialist

Our client are a well-established and professional publishers who are seeking a Sales Support Specialist based in Milton Keynes on a full-time permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the Sales Support Specialist

  • Support Business Development Manager with projects and cover for them in their absence.
  • Lots of analysis of figures and reporting.
  • Monitor import and export files for success and complete Meta Data Price checks.
  • Interpret data to relay to management in form of presentations.
  • Build relationships with clients across the world.
  • Answer invoice and payment queries.

Requirements for a Successful Sales Support Specialist

  • 3 years Sales experience within the publishing/bookselling industry.
  • Client management and project management experience.
  • Advanced Excel and Qlik skills.
  • Able and willing to travel both nationally and internationally.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to present complex data to various audiences.
  • Experience in export sales.
  • Technical acumen with regard to bibliographic and metadata.

Salary: £32,000 Location: Milton Keynes, Hybrid after probation Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday 8:30am- 5:00pm
