A fast-growing, well-established name in their industry who are part of a national group of market leading brands are seeking a Sales Team Leader to coach a stable and knowlegable team, leading from the front, retaining and developing their already broad client base.

The role

• Lead and coach a team of 7-12 Account Managers

• Hit your own sales targets while lifting the team

• Drive customer loyalty through first-class service

• Spot new opportunities, follow up leads, and close deals

• Collaborate across departments to fuel growth

What you’ll need:

• Proven sales and team leadership experience

• Confident communicator and deal-closer

• CRM-savvy with a strong handle on data and pipelines

• Tenacious, organised, and proactive on the phone

Details

• £45k base, £65k OTE, negotiable DOE
• 42.5 hour per week, Monday to Friday - flexible
