Your Role Will Include:

• Supervising a team of 3 to 4 Sales Executives, ensuring workloads are evenly distributed.
• Producing and analysing key performance reports to track team success.
• Handling service-related escalations professionally and efficiently.
• Ensuring full utilisation of the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborating with the Sales and Service Manager to maximise productivity and efficiency.
• Managing phone channels and ensuring excellent customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar Sales Team Leader role.
• Strong track record in a sales or customer service leadership position.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills to support team development.
• A proactive and adaptable leader with a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Salesforce experience is a bonus.
