We’re on the lookout for a Sales Team Leader to join a growing business based in Oldbury. This is your chance to lead a small but mighty inbound sales team who handle enquiries and book urgent engineer visits for customers in need.

You’ll be responsible for driving performance, improving customer experience, and creating a high-energy, supportive team culture. If you’re someone who loves hitting targets, coaching others to success, and turning data into actionable plans – we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:
Leading a small inbound sales team and helping them smash daily, weekly and monthly targets

Inspiring and coaching team members through 1:1s, feedback, and daily support

Analysing performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Creating a positive, proactive team environment that delivers outstanding customer service

Working closely with the Sales Manager and People team to drive development and performance

Developing sales materials, recognising great performance, and contributing to process improvements

Proven experience in sales and call centre environments

Strong leadership skills – someone who can lead by example and bring out the best in people

Excellent communication and coaching skills

A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to team development and performance management

Someone who’s excited by targets, KPIs and continuous improvement
