Sales Team Manager

MERJE is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Manager to lead a high-performing telesales team for a leading UK travel insurance specialist. Salary: £40,000 basic with OTE of £48,000 plus uncapped quarterly bonus (realistic OTE £8,000 per annum)

Location: Cardiff, with excellent transport links

The Role

As Sales Team Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of telesales professionals, driving performance and fostering a supportive, high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities of the Sales Team Manager:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Required knowledge and experience for the Sales Team Manager role:

• Proven experience leading a telesales or contact centre team
• Strong understanding of sales metrics and team performance management
• Excellent coaching and people development skills
• Solid grasp of Contact Centre operations and efficiency improvement
