Must have’s

* Proven experience in sales leadership (minimum 5 years at team leader or management level)

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Advanced IT skills, including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

* Experience producing and presenting reports at board level

* Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and decision-making abilities
