This role is all about inspiring teammates, creating a positive team atmosphere, and driving success together in one of our most essential departments.

Our basic salary is between £32,000 - £35,000, OTE is £62,000 - £65,000 uncapped! No catches, just realistic targets, designed to be achieved.

A Bit About the Role

As our Sales Team Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our team’s success, bringing energy and encouragement to help everyone perform at their best. From daily coaching sessions and midday briefings, to individual 1-2-1’s, you’ll work closely with each team member, supporting their growth and recognising wins keeping motivation high.
