Job Description - Sales Team Member

Myriad Solutions is expanding its Chelmsford operation and is currently seeking a Sales Team Member to support ongoing campaigns and client activity. This is an entry-level opportunity offering full paid training, a structured working environment, and a consistent weekday schedule.

 

The role suits individuals who are proactive, people-focused, and looking to build commercially valuable skills within a professional team setting.

 

What You’ll Be Involved In

As part of the sales team, you will contribute to organised campaigns and day-to-day activity by:

Supporting sales and customer engagement initiatives

Communicating product and service information clearly and accurately

Assisting with customer enquiries and registrations

Maintaining professional standards and brand presentation

Working alongside team leaders to meet daily performance objectives

Following established processes and campaign guidelines

This role offers variety, structure, and exposure to real-world sales operations.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A professional and reliable approach to work

Confidence working with customers and within a team

Motivation to learn and develop new skills

Full-time availability, Monday to Friday

Ability to commute to Chelmsford and nearby campaign locations

No previous sales or customer service experience is required.
