Sales Trainer

Due to company growth, a high-energy and forward-thinking organisation are seeking a Sales Trainer to join their Sales Training Academy in Bolton.

Reporting into the Academy Manager, you will support in developing and managing a comprehensive Sales Academy Programme that equips their newly hired salesforce with the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to succeed and excel in their roles.

As Sales Trainer you will:

• Assist in delivering continuous blended learning approaches, including coaching, feedback, workshops, and performance reviews. Promote digital learning to embed skills and knowledge.
• Analyse individual and team performance trends to identify coaching focus areas across different development stages.
• Produce, analyse and present performance reports MI and Academy updates.

The ideal Sales Trainer will have the following skills and experience:

• A sales background.
• Experience of working in a training and development position is ideal, however, developing and coaching sales people and the flair and expertise to coach, develop and motivate at all levels is crucial.
• Excellent communication skills is a given, as is strong problem-solving skills.
• An engaging, energetic individual who knows what behaviours are required to be successful will put you in good stead – maybe you’ve successfully run a sales team before?

In return you will receive a salary of £35,000 plus 25 days holiday (rising to 28), enhanced maternity / paternity leave, onsite gym and café.
