Job Description - Sales Valuer

A Sales Valuer (or Lister or Instructions Manager) involves generating and winning property listings, supporting a team of negotiators, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and secure property listings for sale.
Support and mentor a team of negotiators.
Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to clients.
Drive business growth by maximizing opportunities to increase profitability.

Required Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in residential sales or estate agency.
Proven experience in valuing and listing properties.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized and driven to succeed.
Strong customer service orientation.
Full UK driving license.

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £50,000+ per year, with additional benefits such as health and wellbeing programs, company pension, and performance bonuses.
