Sales Valuer

Our client is a respected and successful independent estate agency, and due to constant business growth, they are seeking a Sales Valuer to join their friendly team in Chelmsford.

Working days:

As a Sales Valuer, you will be required to work 5 days per week.

Salary package on offer:

• Basic salary up to £25,000 
• Realistic On Target Earnings between £40,000 - £50,000+ OTE (Uncapped)

Sales Valuer requirements:

• Strong Communication skills
• A passion for helping individuals move
• Hunger to attain and beat KPI’s
• Knowledge of the Chelmsford and surrounding area

The role of a Sales Valuer will involve the following:

• Valuing properties and presenting advice to clients
• Building and developing strong relationships with buyers and sellers
