Sales Valuer

Our clients, a market-leading and highly successful Estate Agency, are looking to recruit a Sales Valuer in the Gateshead area. The role is available due to expansion and a strong market presence.

This would suit a lister who can convert valuations into instructions, offering excellent customer service.

Working hours:

• Full Time
• Monday – Friday
• Alternate Saturdays (lieu day when Saturday worked)

The successful Valuer will be offered:

• Basic salary £26,000
• OTE £40,000
• Company car or allowance 
• Career Progression

To be considered for the Valuer role you must have:

• Strong track record in Listing  
• Excellent Customer Service
• Positive and driven mentality
• Ability to gain instructions
• Driving licence
• Professional working attitude
