Sales Valuer

Our client, a market-leading and highly successful Estate Agency, is looking to recruit a Sales Valuer for its Newcastle branch due to expansion and a strong market presence.

Working hours:

• Full Time
• Monday – Friday
• Alternate Saturdays - a lieu day given when a Saturday is worked

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:

• Basic salary £26,000
• OTE £40,000
• Company car or allowance 
• Career progression
• Pension 

Sales Valuer requirements:

• Strong track record in listing with the ability to gain instructions
• Positive and driven individual 
• Previous experience as either a Lister or Valuer 
• Local knowledge would be helpful but not essential 
• UK driving licence
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-moving environment
• Professional working attitude
• Being able to build positive client relationships and deliver excellent customer service 

As a Sales Valuer your role will involve:

• Listing properties to the market
• Conduct valuations and assess market conditions
• Selling company benefits 
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
