Sales Valuer

Due to exciting expansion, our client, a highly regarded independent Estate Agency, is looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Valuer to join their close-knit team in the vibrant Colchester area.

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:

• £27,500 Basic
• £40,000 OTE
• Car allowance
• Guarantee - first 6 months
• 5-day working week
• Full support and guidance

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Saturdays, on a rota basis (a day off in lieu)

Sales Valuer requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property valuations
• Knowledge of the Colchester market would be advantageous
• Highly driven and motivated
• Well presented with a confident manner
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Full UK driving licence

Key duties of a Sales Valuer are as follows:

• Generate valuation leads
• Attend property valuations
• Secure new instructions
• Maintaining the highest standards of customer service
