Job Description - Sales Valuer Uxbridge

Our client is a respected, successful, and rapidly growing independent estate agency, and due to constant business growth, they are seeking a Sales Valuer to join their friendly team based in Uxbridge.

The main requirements for this role of Sales Valuer are to have experience in the property industry where you have carried out property valuations, to understand the market, and to be able to deliver a high level of service.

Sales Valuer requirements:

Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local property market
Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties based on the best available data and comparable property sales
Arrange and attend Market Appraisals
Engage and support clients throughout their journey
Arrange and attend viewings
Build relationships with other local professionals with the aim of securing referral work

To be considered for the Sales Valuer role you must have:

Sales driven with a 'get up and go' attitude
Proactive with a positive approach to business generation
Essential to have excellent knowledge of the property market including property trends
Booking and attending market appraisals
Provide excellent customer service
Polite telephone manner
Ambitious, target driven and career-minded
Full UK Driving license
