Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per year + uncapped commission

Job Type: Permanent, full-time

Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to generate new business, build strong client relationships and help grow the customer base.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and secure new business opportunities and contracts.

* Generate leads through networking, outreach and tender opportunities.

* Build relationships with key decision-makers.

* Attend client meetings, site visits and industry events.

* Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.

* Manage the sales pipeline and achieve agreed targets.

* Work closely with operational teams to support new client onboarding.

About You

* Experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.

* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

* Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Able to manage your own diary and workload effectively.
