Salesforce Business Analyst - End User - Hybrid - €45,000-£55,000

Key responsibilities

• Build, test, deploy and document configuration across their Salesforce landscape.
• Project manage and support digital initiatives through to their live environment.
• Deliver continuous improvements to their customer facing digital platforms using multiple Salesforce products. Engage with business functions to optimise and digitise key globally aligned business processes.

Requirements

• Ability to work with a range of stakeholders and express technical terms in a digestible fashion.
• Experience in a similar role with project management and delivery methodologies and systems.
• Team player with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
