Salesforce Developer - Hybrid (Central London) - £65,000-£80,000 + Bonus

I'm currently working with a fast-growing FinTech client based in Central London who are looking to bring a Salesforce Developer on board to support the expansion of their internal platforms and systems.

This is a permanent role, offering a hybrid working model (2-3 days per week in the office) and a clear path for career growth in a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable technical solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional technical requirements
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
• Support ongoing Salesforce configuration and optimisation efforts

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party apps (e.g. MuleSoft, Conga, etc.)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modelling, and security
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II a plus)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in FinTech or financial services
• Exposure to DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins
• Experience with Agile methodologies
