Position Overview:

They are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and a passion for developing innovative solutions. This role will involve working closely with various departments to enhance their Salesforce ecosystem, implement custom solutions, and ensure the seamless operation of their CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and integrations with other systems.
Develop and implement new Salesforce features and functionality.
Perform data migrations, system integrations, and platform upgrades.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and team members.
Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, new releases, and trends.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Platform Developer I or II) is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and development.
