Salesforce Solution Architect - Financial Services
Location: Northamptonshire (Hybrid - 2 days a week on-site)
Salary: Up to £90,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
Type: Permanent

Join a major financial services firm delivering complex Salesforce architecture across regulatory and platform transformation initiatives.

You'll be part of a team of Salesforce Architects working alongside Developers, BAs, SI partner resources. The focus is hands-on design and build of scalable, secure solutions - customising Salesforce for complex use cases using config, APIs, and third-party integrations.

• Designing Salesforce solutions that meet enterprise and regulatory requirements

• Leading technical workshops and driving architectural decisions

• Contributing to ongoing platform strategy and technical governance

• Supporting and mentoring delivery teams on best practice and scalable design

• Working closely with business and technical stakeholders to align on outcomes

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect

• Strong hands-on skills in Salesforce configuration and development (Apex, LWC, APIs, integrations)

• Experience in large-scale or regulated environments (financial services preferred)

• Confident translating business needs into scalable, supportable solutions
