Are you an ambitious Salesforce professional seeking a step away from basic user management and move into true technical solution integrator, platform ownership, and business strategy?

Do you want to be the go to technical person for all Salesforce related queries, in a business that has fantastic staff retention, career progression and a pipeline of exciting projects including the roll out of AI tools?

In this role you will be in charge of training staff members of the effective use and benefits of using the Salesforce systems, help trouble shoot different issues and identify different areas where the system could add value to different departments.

The ideal candidate will be based in or around Lutterworth, an ability to train staff members on the benefits of Salesforce systems with a Salesforce qualification or equivalent.

This role:

Takes full strategic ownership of a business-critical CRM and Partner platform.
Designs, tests, and deploys scalable automated workflows using complex Salesforce Flows.
Configures custom architecture, unique data models, and sandboxes for release cycles.
Manages user profiles, role hierarchies, and advanced platform security compliance.
Builds advanced operational reporting dashboards to track international pipeline health.The Person:
