Salesforce Technical Consultant Bristol, UK Hybrid Working £50,000 - £60,000
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Consultant to join our
Success/Consultancy
team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of Salesforce experience and be comfortable handling second-level support cases as well as working on client projects. This role offers an opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and projects, ranging from financial asset management companies to local charities. Additionally, there will be opportunities to work on more code-based projects for candidates with a strong technical background.
Key Responsibilities: Provide second-level support to our clients, resolving complex Salesforce issues and escalating cases when necessary. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client needs and objectives. Customize Salesforce functionality using declarative tools Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with other systems, including third-party applications and APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Document solution designs, configurations, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer. Act as a mentor and subject matter expert for junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed. Continuously expand and enhance Salesforce knowledge and skills through training, certifications, and hands-on experience.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, and ideally Salesforce Platform Developer I Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels. Experience with Apex and/or Lightning Web Components is a plus. Passion for learning and staying current with Salesforce releases, updates, and best practices.
Salary and Career Progression:
We offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum for this role, with opportunities for salary increases as you hit certain milestones in your Salesforce knowledge and experience, backed up with certifications.
