The Role

My client within the beauty industry is seeking a Senior Salon Manager, you will lead the daily operations of a high-performing salon, ensuring exceptional service standards, smooth team management, and business performance. You’ll be the key link between the salon team and senior leadership, driving results and maintaining a positive work environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop the salon team to deliver top-tier service.
Manage scheduling, HR compliance, payroll, and recruitment support.
Handle client care, feedback, and ensure GDPR compliance.
Oversee budgets, stock control, and drive profitability.
Ensure health & safety standards, conduct regular checks, and manage equipment upkeep.
Collaborate with marketing to support promotions and brand goals.
