Salon Manager - Full Time
Location: Chiswick, London
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Management bonus up to £3,000

This Chiswick location is a perfect suburban hideaway, one of five independent salons situated in Chiswick, Blackheath, Canary Wharf, and Chislehurst. Offering guests an escape from the mundane, providing an oasis of tranquillity just off Chiswick High Street, the salon is a stone’s throw away from Turnham Green tube station. Specialising in rejuvenating facials, precise waxing, exquisite nail treatments, and relaxing massages, guests are the number one focus.

The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Salon Manager to join an esteemed therapy team and deliver excellent service across all areas. This role involves a blend of hands-on treatments (70%) and administrative duties (30%).

Hours: Full time, permanent
40 hours
5 out of 7 days on a shift rota basis - some flexibility required

Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of multi-treatments using renowned brands, including CACI, [comfort zone] skincare, and microdermabrasion.
- Handle reception duties and ensure smooth salon operations.
- Oversee the daily running of the salon, enhance sales, and drive the business forward.
- Maintain standards of excellence in guest service, health, hygiene, and safety.
- Develop and mentor staff, managing up to 5 direct reports.
- Handle recruitment, guest complaints, team rotas, and other tasks as requested by the Regional Manager.

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (minimum).
- 3-5 years of experience in beauty therapy and salon environments.
- Proven experience in developing staff and delivering training.
- Confident, professional, and approachable demeanour.
