SAP Administrator 

*Location:* Central Park, Rugby 
*Hours:* Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
*Pay Rate:* £14.24 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an SAP Administrator to join our friendly client based in Rugby. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.

You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the business by accurately inputting data, maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and processing customer orders using SAP (HANNA)

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately input and maintain data on Excel spreadsheets.
* Process customer orders using the SAP system.
* Ensure all records and order information are up to date and accurate.
* Support the wider team with general administrative duties.
* Respond to emails and assist with customer and internal queries where required.
* Maintain organised electronic records and documentation.
* Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

 Skills & Experience

* Previous administration experience is preferred.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Experience using SAP is advantageous, although training may be provided.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage workload effectively and work as part of a team.
