SAP Assessor

Reed Property & Construction have partnered with an energy Assessment and Building Regulations business that provides a unique level of service to their customer base.

They are looking to add a SAP Assessor to their team based in offices near to Melton Mowbray.

This is a small business of 15 staff but they are super friendly and engaging and will be growing a lot over the next 2 years.

They have already grown from 4 to 15 people in the last 3 years so this is expected to continue and create opportunity for their staff.

It is a great company, offering a great service to their customers and are based in a lovely work location.

Due to their continued growth they are recruiting for a SAP Assessor to join them.

In this role you will be responsible for conducting a variety of sustainability and building regulations assessments, primarily with a focus on SAP assessments. Additional responsibilities will include calculations such as thermal bridging and U-Values.

Salary = £27-35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• This client is looking for someone with SAP assessment experience for ‘On Design’ and ‘As Built’. They wouldn’t be looking for someone with only RdSAP experience
• Experience using SketchUp ideally
• Proficient in using relevant tools and software for energy assessments.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driver’s licence required due to office location.
