The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Business Systems & Process Manager to help improve and develop business systems and processes across an international organisation.

You’ll work closely with business teams and IT to ensure systems meet business needs, improve efficiency and support ongoing transformation. The role will involve leading system improvements, streamlining processes, supporting business applications and helping deliver key technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and improvement of business systems and processes.

Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

*

Oversee the implementation, enhancement and support of business applications, including SAP.

*

Analyse and redesign processes to improve efficiency and user experience.

*

Support system integrations, upgrades, testing and change management.

*

Work with IT teams, external suppliers and implementation partners to deliver projects.

*

Ensure systems are reliable, well managed and aligned with business needs.

*

Maintain clear documentation, standards and governance.

*

Support user adoption, training and continuous improvement.

*

Lead and develop team members, analysts and project teams.

About You

*

Experience in business systems, enterprise applications or business process management.

*

Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement.

*

Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.

*

Experience delivering business transformation or cross-functional projects.

*

Understanding of Agile development and software delivery practices.

*

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

*

Experience working with external suppliers or implementation partners.

*

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Desirable Experience

*

SAP experience and knowledge of Microsoft Azure.

*

Experience with workflow automation, BPM or low-code platforms.

*

Experience working in an international organisation.

*

Knowledge of governance, compliance and change management.
