Job Description

We are partnered with a reputable global consultancy that are looking for a SAP Consultants to work on a very exciting LONG-TERM CONTRACT in the RETAIL sector on a SAP S4 project.

Role 1:
Role: SAP BW Consultant
Rate: Up to £500 per day (inside IR35)
Location: Nottingham – 3 days per week onsite (Hybrid)
Sector: Retail
Duration: 6 months (initially – view to extend)

Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership and deliver the implementation.
Analyze understand and fix the issue within SLA.
Carry out detailed analysis to understand requirements and create code and/or build solutions as per requirements in

development/maintenance

projects in accordance with coding standards.
Develop industry-specific solutions based on client needs and manage and upgrade existing applications.
Perform unit testing per test plans and test cases.
Interaction with business partners and functional team.
Manage applications, upgrade existing applications and/or integrate application with any new/existing applications and databases.
Resolve application-related issues

Key Skills:
Strong development skills on HANA Modelling (HANA Views, CDS Views), BW on HANA (Data modelling, extractors, Bex, AO)
Good knowledge on ABAP (AMDP Scripts, BADI’s, Transformation Routines)
Working knowledge on BO (WebI Reporting)
Aware of CHARM process, HPALM, Remedy
Should have worked on BW 7.3 version and above
Should understand the BOB reports built on Bex queries.
Extraction knowledge on LO, Generic, Delta queues and ODQ.
Experienced in SAP BW. Extraction knowledge on LO, Generic, Delta queues and ODQ

Role 2:
Role: SAP ABAP BTP / RAP Consultant
Rate: Up to £500 per day (inside IR35)
Location: Nottingham – 3 days per week onsite (Hybrid)
Sector: Retail
Duration: 6 months (initially – view to extend)

Key Responsibilities:
RAP ABAP Developer with 5-10 year experience with Knowledge of SAP technologies such as S/4HANA, ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), Fiori Elements, and SAP BTP
Take ownership and deliver the implementation.
Analyze understand and fix the issue within SLA.

Key Skills:
Strong experience in ABAP on HANA programming, design, testing, and debugging work related to the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP modules.
Experience on the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (in short RAP).
Expertise in RAP
Experienced in S/4 BTP workflow
Extensive knowledge and experience on ODATA Services, CDS, S4HANA (AMDP, CDS, Modelling & Scripting).
Should have ABAP Programming skills with good knowledge on ABAP Object Oriented programming , ABAP on HANA
Should Worked in Gateway, SICF services with OData
Should have experience in S/4HANA implementations (at least 1 Implementation)
Knowledge and experience on Smart forms / Adobe forms and workflows
Skilled in understanding the business scenarios for modules like SD, MM & FI from SAP technical perspective to meet the implementation requirements
