SAP Project Manager - Ireland

SAP Project Manager, Dublin / Hybrid but must live close to the Dublin offices.

Experienced SAP Project Manager located in and around Dublin to work on exciting client projects!! I am working with an excellent client who would love to find an experienced SAP Project manager to join their expanding SAP team. Working with both global and local clients across different industries, designing and building innovative solutions to meet the clients’ needs while working within a global collaborative network of highly experienced consulting teams.

My client is looking for a leader, to oversee SAP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. You will develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors, monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. You will work with senior management and stakeholders to provide regular project status updates, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices, industry standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

You will provide leadership and guidance to project teams to facilitate change management for smooth transition and adoption of new SAP systems and processes.

Essential skills include:

• Certification in Project Management and SAP Activate.

• Project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and PRINCE2.

• SAP software and project management tools such as Jira, Signavio, Solman, and SAP Roadmap Viewer.

• SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, and SD is advantageous.

• Previous leadership role on an SAP project such as cutover lead, PMO lead, test lead, deployment lead etc.

• Extensive experience in managing full life cycle SAP implementation and upgrade projects.

This role requires excellent/strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team, managing conflicts, and making decisive decisions.

Ability to travel across EMEA without any restrictions.
