Position Available: SAP S/4 HANA Finance Process Lead

Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid)

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus

Experience needed: We're seeking an experienced and forward-thinking SAP finance professional to lead the design and implementation of harmonised cost base processes across an international organisation. A strong background in SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA is essential, along with a solid understanding of asset accounting, cost controlling, and time booking processes.

About the role:

This is a key role within a large-scale transformation programme, focused on implementing S/4 HANA across a multinational environment. You'll drive process alignment in finance, with responsibility for asset accounting, cost controlling, and time booking. Regular international travel is required to support workshops and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, harmonise, and implement standardised end-to-end processes across multiple national entities
• Act as the process lead for asset accounting, cost controlling, and time booking in the S/4 HANA environment
• Collaborate with finance teams and system integrators to ensure data and process consistency
• Participate in and lead core team meetings and workshops (including regular co-working visits to France)
• Manage key stakeholders across finance, IT, and programme leadership
• Contribute to the design and implementation of finance-relevant master data structures
• Promote and embed best practice while supporting programme milestones

What we need from you:

• Strong experience in asset accounting, cost controlling, and time booking processes
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA implementations
• Deep understanding of finance master data and core finance processes
• Experience working in an international, multi-stakeholder environment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Confident making decisions in ambiguous or fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of French, German, or Italian would be a bonus
