A leading global consultancy is expanding its SAP practice and is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Manager at Manager level. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing SAP team delivering complex SAP S/4HANA programmes for major clients across a wide range of industries.

As an SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Manager, you’ll lead the full data migration lifecycle for enterprise-wide SAP projects, working closely with clients, functional teams, and technical specialists to design, build, and execute successful data migration strategies that support large-scale business transformations.

Key Responsibilities of the SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Manager:

• Manage the data migration workstream across large SAP S/4HANA programmes.
• Work alongside SAP functional and technical teams to analyze data migration requirements and define the migration approach.
• Lead teams in the design, build, test, and execution of data migrations.
• Oversee cutover planning, data migration rehearsals, and live cutover activities.
• Manage client portfolios, reporting to Senior Manager level.
• Contribute to financial management and control of client engagements.
• Support various aspects of data and analytics including reporting strategies, KPI definitions, data governance, and data quality management.
• Participate actively in business development, identifying and researching new client opportunities.
• Develop project strategies to address complex technical challenges.
• Oversee project teams, assess risks, drive delivery, and review team outputs.

Who We’re Looking For:

This SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Manager role is ideal for professionals who:

• Have significant experience in SAP S/4HANA consulting and data migration leadership.
• Bring hands-on experience managing SAP data migration projects across at least two full lifecycle SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations.
• Have experience with cutover planning, dress rehearsals, and migration cutover activities.
• Are familiar with SAP Migration Cockpit, as well as ETL tools such as SDI, SDQ.
• Have strong data quality and data cleansing experience.
• Have some exposure or understanding of ABAP (advantageous).
• Have led data teams of 2-5 people.
• Possess excellent stakeholder management and consulting experience.
