We’re now looking for experienced, high-performing individuals to join us on that journey. We’re currently hiring a Data Migration Manager to support our SAP Projects and Clients. You’ll bring strong functional knowledge, a consulting mindset, and the drive to deliver real impact — both for our clients and for your own development.

What your days will look like

• Managing Data workstream on large S/4HANA programmes.
• Working with SAP functional and technical consultants analysing data migration requirements.
• Leading teams to design, build, test, and execute data migrations.
• Assisting in the financial management and control of client engagements.
• Working in a team across multiple areas of Data and Analytics such as data and reporting strategy, reporting and KPIs definition, data governance, data quality, etc. depending on project scope and across various stages of the project lifecycle.
• Being actively involved in presales / business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new / existing clients.
• Developing project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients.
• Contributing to managing and delivering large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing/challenging the output produced by the team.

This role is for you if

• You have significant experience in S/4HANA Consulting.
• You have working knowledge and experience of managing Data Migration projects in SAP environments.
• You are an SAP data expert and have experience of at least two end to end design and implementation programmes within SAP ECC/or S/4HANA projects.
• You have experience with cutover planning and preparation of data migration plans.
• You have experience of migration dress rehearsals, migration cutover tasks
• Experience in SDT projects using SNP, CBS or similar tooling
• Experience in SAP Migration Cockpit and an understanding of the latest ETL tools from SAP for S/4HANA, such as SDI, SDQ.
• You have experience in Data Quality and Cleansing of Data.
• Understanding and previous usage of ABAP would be advantageous.
• Team Lead experience of between 2-5 people.
