Job Description - SAP S/4HANA Solution Partner

SAP S/4HANA Solution Partner

£110,000 - £135,000

Onsite as and when needed

We're hiring an experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Partner to lead business development and pre-sales strategy across enterprise clients. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on driving new opportunities, shaping solution roadmaps, and working closely with C-level stakeholders to deliver value through large-scale SAP S/4HANA programmes. Ideal for someone with a strong mix of commercial, technical, and consultative expertise in SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive SAP S/4HANA solution sales and identify opportunities to grow revenue across the region

  • Lead pre-sales strategy, including RFPs, solution demos, and executive presentations

  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders and key client decision-makers

  • Oversee the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to deal closure

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore) to deliver bid responses and proposals

  • Provide thought leadership on SAP S/4HANA innovation, market trends, and strategic positioning

  • Support go-to-market plans and help shape the SAP service portfolio within the region

  • Maintain competitor insights and use them to sharpen value propositions

  • Mentor internal teams and contribute to capability building in S/4HANA solutions

Experience:

  • Proven track record in S/4HANA pre-sales, solutioning, or business development

  • Experience delivering or supporting large-scale S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or conversions

  • Deep functional understanding of key SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, EWM, IBP, FICO, and Treasury

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience engaging CxO-level stakeholders

  • Familiarity with Managed Services Provider (MSP) models for SAP

  • S/4HANA certification preferred, with additional pre-sales or partner accreditations a plus

  • Able to work across onshore/offshore teams in complex bid or client engagement environments

  • Comfortable leading proposals, shaping strategy, and representing SAP capability to clients
