Job Description

SAP SuccessFactors Lead required by my leading Banking client to enable the organisations' portfolio of programmes and projects to deliver effectively. You'll operationally manage the in-scope systems, in conjunction with the Nearshore Application Support function, ensuring business continuity.

The role will also include Project management of the in-scope change function including leading and attending the relevant governance forums, Budget control, portfolio reporting and efficiency management.

The following skills / experience is essential:
Strong HR system knowledge
Strong experience on the SuccessFactors system
Previous line management experience is beneficial
Financial services background is desirable
Excellent communication skills.

Salary: £80k - £100k + bonus + package
Level: VP
Location: London (good work from home options available)
