Job Description - SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect

£75,000-95,000 GBP

Hybrid WORKING

Location: Central London, Greater London - United Kingdom Type: Permanent

I'm supporting a global professional services organisation that is looking to hire an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead complex, enterprise-scale HR transformation programmes.

This is a senior, client-facing role where you'll act as a trusted advisor, shaping SuccessFactors solutions that deliver real business value across large, multi-workstream programmes.

The role

Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on Employee Central and Time Management
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, high-quality solution designs
Provide oversight across multiple SuccessFactors modules and delivery streams
Ensure alignment between SuccessFactors workstreams, overall programme vision and integrated systems
Advise senior stakeholders on best practices, roadmap-driven capabilities and innovation
Contribute to pre-sales, solution shaping and thought leadership
Mentor and develop junior consultants

Experience required

10+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including 5+ end-to-end implementations
Deep expertise in Employee Central plus at least one Talent module
Proven experience leading large, complex, multi-module SuccessFactors programmes
Strong stakeholder management and advisory capability
Comfortable balancing delivery leadership, strategic advisory and sales support
