We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our Operational Applications team, supporting a portfolio of business-critical systems, with a particular focus on SAP applications.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting both day-to-day service and continuous improvement across a range of applications including SAP S/4HANA, SAP FSM, Ariba, Ortec, and Paragon.

What you'll be doing:

As a Systems Analyst, you will:

• Work closely with business and technical teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
• Collaborate with third-party support partners to resolve incidents and defects.
• Support the planning and implementation of changes and upgrades within SAP.
• Assist in identifying root causes of recurring issues and proposing long-term solutions.
• Ensure a smooth transition of changes into business-as-usual operations.
• Help test, validate, and support SAP enhancements and new releases.
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

Essential:

• Strong experience in SAP environments, ideally in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Field Service Management, Engineering, Warehouse Management, Sales & Distribution, Logistics.
• Solid technical and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think critically.
• Confident communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships across teams.

Desirable:

• Experience working with third-party providers and outsourced support models.
• Familiarity with ITIL Service Management and Software Lifecycle practices.
• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement experience.

• The Operational Apps Service Owner and Solution Architect
• Business Process Owners and Analysts
• Integration and support teams across the business
• Third-party vendors and delivery partners
