My client, a defence based organisation are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support digital engineering projects.

The client requires a Business Analyst with experience in ONE or more of the following areas: Synthetics, ITEA or TLS.

Key Responsibilities

Elicit, analyse and document business and stakeholder requirements.
Manage requirements throughout the engineering lifecycle.
Maintain requirements baselines, traceability and change control.
Support requirement decomposition, allocation and impact assessments.
Work closely with engineering, development and verification teams.
Coordinate stakeholders and ensure requirements are aligned with technical delivery.
Support reviews, validation activities, audits and governance.
Produce and review business and technical documentation.

Essential Experience

Strong Business Analysis and Requirements Management experience.
Practical experience in one or more of:
Synthetics - Model & Simulation
ITEA - Integrated Test, Evaluation & Assurance / Virtual & Physical Testing, Qualification & Certification
TLS - Training & Through Life Support
Experience within Aerospace or Defence environments.
Strong requirements elicitation, traceability and change management skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience delivering or supporting digital/engineering tools.

Desirable

Knowledge of aircraft certification, qualification and regulatory processes.
Experience working in regulated development environments.
ArchiMate and/or TOGAF.
Experience working with Defence Primes, MoD or system integrators/suppliers.
Experience working across international/transnational teams.
Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related discipline.
