SCADA and Commissioning Engineer

Lead SCADA Engineer - Contract

Location: UK Wide Projects,
Rate: £48 per hour
Contract Role - Outside IR35

I'm currently looking for an experienced Lead SCADA Engineer to support the design, integration, testing and commissioning of SCADA and control systems.

Requirements:

Strong experience in SCADA system design and architecture

Hands-on PLC/RTU programming and integration experience

Knowledge of communication protocols including IEC 61850, IEC (phone number removed)-104, DNP3 and Modbus

Experience with HMI configuration, telemetry and industrial networks

Experience leading FAT, SAT, testing and commissioning activities

Understanding of OT cybersecurity and network security

Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate with project stakeholders

Ideally looking for someone who has worked on complex electrical infrastructure, automation or control system projects.
