Scaffolder

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Scaffolder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures on construction and industrial sites. A strong understanding of health and safety regulations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding and working platforms to required standards.
• Measure, cut, and install scaffolding components using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Ensure all scaffolding is safe, secure, and compliant with industry regulations.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on existing scaffolding structures.
• Work from technical drawings and specifications.
• Load and unload scaffolding materials and transport them around the site.
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including wearing PPE and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors, clients, and other trades.
• Adapt scaffolding structures as project needs change.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a scaffolder (minimum [insert years]).
• Valid CISRS card (Part 1, Part 2, or Advanced, depending on level of role).
• Strong understanding of working at height and relevant safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to carry heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work on different sites and in varying weather conditions.
• Full UK driving licence
