Must Have’s

• Proven admin experience in a busy office environment
• Experience with scheduling or diary management
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, face-to-face)
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and multitask

Nice to Have’s

• Confident using IT systems and quick to learn new ones
• Previous customer service or coordination background
• A calm and positive attitude when handling time-sensitive tasks

So what will you be doing?

• Managing diaries and scheduling customer appointments
• Handling incoming phone calls and emails efficiently
• Directing repair requests and job details to the correct teams
• Ordering parts and supplies for engineers
• Supporting the wider team with key admin tasks
