Pay: Up to £15.00 p/h

The professional services team at SF Recruitment are looking for a Scheduler to coordinate patient visits, ensuring appointments run smoothly and safely. If you're organised, calm under pressure, and enjoy making a real difference to people's lives, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you'll be doing:

Managing and updating daily patient visit schedules

Triaging and escalating patient calls as needed

Coordinating efficient nurse visit routes and appointment windows

Supporting the Scheduling Manager with KPIs, reporting, and service delivery

Building strong working relationships with internal teams and healthcare partners

Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with procedures

Keeping up to date with training, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for:

Experience in scheduling, coordination, or appointment management

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident communicator across phone, email, and face-to-face

Ability to manage fast-paced workloads and tight deadlines

Competent with Microsoft Office

Commitment to excellent customer service

Experience working in a reactive environment is a bonus
